Ear wax softeners (cerumenolytics) work by loosening and breaking down hardened wax. This helps wax drain out naturally or be removed more easily during ear cleaning.
How to take Intra Clean Ear Drops
For ear use only. Tilt head to one side, instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected ear, and keep the ear upward for a few minutes. Use as directed by a doctor/pharmacist; do not insert earbuds/cotton swabs deep into the ear. Not for use in eyes or mouth.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
Take the missed dose of Intra Clean as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
