Fenofibrate (160mg) + Rosuvastatin (10mg)
Treatment of mixed dyslipidemia (high LDL cholesterol and triglycerides) and hypertriglyceridemia when lifestyle measures alone are insufficient; to reduce risk of cardiovascular events in eligible high‑risk patients as advised by a doctor.
Atorvastatin inhibits HMG‑CoA reductase, reducing cholesterol synthesis in the liver and lowering LDL and total cholesterol. Fenofibrate activates PPAR‑α, increasing breakdown/clearance of triglyceride‑rich lipoproteins and raising HDL. Together they improve the overall lipid profile.
Take by mouth exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food (follow your doctor’s advice); swallow whole with water. Continue diet, exercise and weight control; do not stop without medical advice.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Lipigo F 10MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Prescription medicine. Risk of muscle injury (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis) increases with combination therapy—seek urgent care for unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, weakness, fever or dark urine. Monitor liver function; avoid in active liver disease or persistent unexplained transaminase elevations. Use with caution in kidney impairment, hypothyroidism, elderly, heavy alcohol use. Fenofibrate may increase risk of gallstones/pancreatitis—report severe abdominal pain. Not recommended in severe renal impairment; dose adjustment/monitoring may be needed. Inform doctor before surgery or if you develop acute serious illness.
