Uses of Longhold Tab

Longhold Tablet is used in the treatment of premature ejaculation.

How it works

Longhold Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine which treat male erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Longhold Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
