Avoid taking Lumerax Dry Syrup with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as it may interfere with how the medicine works in your body. If you feel dizzy or weak, rest and stay hydrated, as these can be common early effects while your body fights malaria. If you vomit within 1 hour of taking the tablets, take another dose. Let your doctor know if you have any history of heart rhythm problems, as this medicine may affect heart activity
