Tadalafil 5 mg
Erectile dysfunction (ED); benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, weak stream (as prescribed)
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases cGMP levels leading to relaxation of smooth muscles and improved blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation; it can also relax prostate and bladder smooth muscle to improve urinary symptoms in BPH.
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed. For ED once-daily use: take at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) due to dangerous drop in blood pressure. Use with caution in heart disease, low blood pressure, recent stroke/heart attack, severe liver/kidney impairment. Seek urgent care for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Not for women or children. Avoid in known hypersensitivity to tadalafil.
