Tadalafil 5 mg
Erectile dysfunction (ED); benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, weak stream (as prescribed)
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases cGMP levels leading to relaxation of smooth muscles and improved blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation; it can also relax prostate and bladder smooth muscle to improve urinary symptoms in BPH.
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed. For ED once-daily use: take at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Seek urgent care for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Not for women or children. Avoid in known hypersensitivity to tadalafil.
