How Tadalosky-5 mg Tablet works

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases cGMP levels, improving blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation to help achieve and maintain an erection. It also relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder, helping relieve urinary symptoms in BPH.

How to take Tadalosky-5 mg Tablet

Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed. For daily use, take 5 mg once daily at the same time each day; with or without food. For ED, sexual stimulation is required for effect; do not take more than one dose in 24 hours unless advised by a doctor.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Seek urgent help for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Avoid use if advised not to do sexual activity due to cardiac risk.
