How it works

Movicol contains osmotic laxative ingredients that retain water in the bowel, increasing stool water content. This softens stools and stimulates natural bowel movements, helping ease constipation.

Directions for use

Oral liquid single-dose (25 mL). Take as directed by your doctor/pharmacist; may be taken with or without food. Drink adequate fluids during use. If symptoms persist beyond a few days or constipation is severe, seek medical advice.

Warnings & precautions

Use with caution in elderly, kidney/heart disease, or if on fluid/salt-restricted diets (electrolyte disturbance risk). Long-term use should be under medical supervision.
