How to take Nicotex 2 mg Ultra Mint Sugar Free

For oral use as chewing gum. Use the “chew and park” method: chew slowly until a tingling/peppery taste appears, then park between gum and cheek; repeat for ~30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking (especially acidic drinks like coffee/cola/juice) 15 minutes before and during use. Typical: 1 gum when urge to smoke occurs; usually 8–12 gums/day initially; do not exceed 24 gums/day.
