Treatment of fungal skin infections such as seborrhoeic dermatitis (dandruff), pityriasis versicolor, and other superficial dermatophyte/yeast infections as advised by a doctor

How it works

Ketoconazole is an imidazole antifungal that inhibits fungal cell membrane (ergosterol) synthesis by blocking lanosterol 14-α-demethylase. This damages the fungal membrane and stops growth of susceptible fungi and yeasts.

Directions for use

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to affected skin/scalp as directed by the physician; avoid eyes, mouth and broken skin. If used on scalp, apply to wet area, lather/spread, leave for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use regularly for the full prescribed duration.
