Daily oral hygiene to help remove dental plaque and reduce tartar build-up; helps maintain gum health and fresh breath.
The crisscross bristles are angled to reach between teeth and along the gumline, mechanically dislodging and removing plaque. Regular brushing helps prevent plaque accumulation that can contribute to cavities, bad breath and gum problems.
Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and brush teeth gently for about 2 minutes, twice daily or as advised by a dentist. Brush all tooth surfaces and along the gumline; rinse after use. Replace toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if bristles fray.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Oral-B Crisscross Anti-Plaque Toothbrush M as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
