How Otobiotic Pl Ear Drops works

Otobiotic PL Ear Drops is a combination of three medicines: Beclometasone, Neomycin and Clotrimazole which treat ear infections. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the ear red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria while Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi in the ear. Together, they treat your ear infection effectively.

How to take Otobiotic Pl Ear Drops

Instill 3-4 drops into the affected ear 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a physician. Can be used with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Apply it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next application, skip the missed one — applying extra does not make up for it.

If you take too much
