Petril Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines:.
Take the missed dose of Petril as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Petril than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
| Pregnancy | Petril Plus Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. |

| Breastfeeding | Petril Plus Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. |
| Alcohol | It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Petril Plus Tablet . |
| Kidney | Petril Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Petril Plus Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Use of Petril Plus Tablet can cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. |
| Liver | Petril Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Petril Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Petril. Some combinations can change how Petril works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Petril below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
