Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg tablet
Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, sore throat, backache, muscle pain, pain associated with cold/flu
Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. It acts on the heat-regulating center in the brain to bring down raised body temperature.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by a doctor; commonly 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed. Can be taken with or without food (take after food if stomach upset). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; avoid taking multiple products containing paracetamol together.

Do not exceed dose—overdose can cause serious liver damage. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcohol use, malnutrition, severe kidney disease, or if taking other paracetamol-containing medicines. Seek medical help immediately in case of overdose even if feeling well. Stop and consult a doctor if rash/allergy occurs or fever/pain persists.
