Relaxyl Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol.\tThese medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
How to take Relaxyl Plus Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Relaxyl Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
Take the missed dose of Relaxyl Plus as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
