How it works

S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) is a naturally occurring methyl donor involved in synthesis of neurotransmitters and phospholipids. It may help reduce pain and improve joint function in osteoarthritis and supports liver cell membrane function and bile flow in certain cholestatic conditions.

Directions for use

Tablet (OD/once daily): take as prescribed, preferably on an empty stomach (30–60 minutes before food) with water; swallow whole, do not crush/chew. Follow duration advised by the doctor.
