Scalp solutions for dandruff/itch typically act by reducing fungal load on the scalp and/or decreasing scaling and inflammation, which helps relieve flaking and itching. The exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients in the formulation.
For external use on scalp only. Apply a thin layer/required amount to affected scalp as directed on the label or by a doctor; avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Wash hands after application; do not occlude unless advised.
Common side effects of SLC SCALP SOLUTION may include:
Do not ingest. Avoid eyes, mouth and mucous membranes; rinse well with water if contact occurs. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, rash, swelling or worsening occurs. Use with caution in children, during pregnancy/breastfeeding, or on damaged/eczema-infected scalp unless advised by a clinician.
