Restoration of normal gut flora; adjunct in acute diarrhoea (including antibiotic-associated diarrhoea), loose stools, dysbiosis, indigestion/flatulence due to altered intestinal flora
Contains probiotic lactic acid bacillus spores that survive gastric acidity and germinate in the intestine. They help restore healthy intestinal microflora, suppress growth of harmful organisms and improve digestion, thereby reducing diarrhoea and bloating.
Oral powder sachet. Mix contents in water, ORS, milk or curd and consume immediately, preferably after food. Can be taken during antibiotic therapy but keep a 2-hour gap from antibiotics; use as directed by physician.

Use with caution in immunocompromised patients, critically ill patients, those with central venous catheters or severe pancreatitis due to rare risk of infection. Not a substitute for rehydration in acute diarrhoea—ensure adequate fluids/ORS. Consult a doctor if diarrhoea persists >48 hours, fever/blood in stools, severe dehydration, or in infants/elderly.
