Stimulac granules likely act as a laxative by increasing water content in the stool and/or stimulating intestinal movement, making stools softer and easier to pass. This improves bowel frequency and reduces straining.
Take as directed by a doctor/label. Generally, mix the measured granules in a glass of water (or as instructed) and consume, preferably at bedtime. Maintain adequate fluid intake.

Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice. Avoid/use with caution in intestinal obstruction, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, suspected appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance. Consult a doctor for pregnancy/breastfeeding, children, elderly, or if constipation persists >1 week or there is blood in stool.
