Etoricoxib 90 mg
Relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, and short-term management of acute musculoskeletal/dental pain (as prescribed).
Etoricoxib is a selective COX-2 inhibitor (NSAID). It reduces the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain, swelling and inflammation while having less effect on COX-1 compared to non-selective NSAIDs.
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily; can be taken with or without food (food may delay onset). Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration; swallow with water and do not exceed the prescribed dose.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Torib 90 Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
