Uses of Voglismile M 0.3 Tab

Type 2 diabetes mellitus; helps control post-meal (postprandial) and fasting blood glucose when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.

How it works

Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows carbohydrate digestion and glucose absorption in the intestine, reducing post-meal sugar spikes. Metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, helping the body use glucose more effectively.

Directions for use

Oral tablets; take exactly as prescribed. Voglibose-containing combinations are usually taken with the first bite of meals to reduce post-meal glucose rise; metformin is generally taken with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow with water; do not crush unless advised.
