Zerodol P Tablet contains Aceclofenac (100mg) + Paracetamol (325mg). It belongs to the NSAID (Aceclofenac) + Analgesic/Antipyretic (Paracetamol) class of medicines.

How Zerodol P Tablet works

How to take Zerodol P Tablet

Tablet: Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew unless advised. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration; do not exceed recommended total daily paracetamol dose from all sources.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Zerodol P Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine can cause stomach bleeding, kidney failure, drowsiness and fits. It can cause severe and sometimes fatal liver damage, often with no symptoms at all for the first day. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Most side effects of Zerodol P are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

Do not take Zerodol P if

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with an active stomach ulcer, severe kidney or heart failure, or asthma triggered by aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers. Not in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not for people with severe liver disease, except under medical supervision.
