Aceclofenac 200 mg (sustained/extended release) + Pregabalin 75 mg (capsule/tablet)
Relief of pain associated with nerve involvement and inflammation such as neuropathic pain, sciatica/radiculopathy, low back pain with radiating pain, musculoskeletal pain where analgesic plus neuropathic pain control is needed.
Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production. Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and thereby decreasing nerve pain.
Take as prescribed by the doctor. Usually taken orally once daily after food (SR aceclofenac) with water; swallow whole and do not crush/chew. Avoid driving if you feel drowsy; do not stop pregabalin suddenly without medical advice.

Pregabalin may cause dizziness/somnolence and can increase risk of falls; caution with driving/operating machinery. Do not discontinue abruptly (withdrawal symptoms possible). Seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain/black stools, breathing difficulty, facial swelling/rash, or suicidal thoughts/mood changes.
