Uses of Zipod O Tab 10S

Bacterial infections

• •In Bacterial infections Zipod O 200 mg/200 mg Tablet kills the infection causing bacteria in your body. This medicine is used to treat many different types of infections such as those of the brain (meningitis)
• •lungs (pneumonia)

• •abdomen
• •urinary tract
• •bones and joints
• •skin
• •blood
• •and heart. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days
• •but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.

How it works

Zipod O 200 mg/200 mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Ofloxacin. Cefpodoxime Proxetil works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of the bacteria in the human body. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zipod O 200 mg/200 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
