Schizophrenia, acute manic or mixed episodes of bipolar disorder, maintenance treatment in bipolar disorder (as prescribed)

How it works

Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic that modulates dopamine (D2) and serotonin (5‑HT2A) receptors in the brain. This helps reduce psychotic symptoms (hallucinations, delusions) and stabilizes mood and behaviour.

Directions for use

Orally disintegrating tablet: place on the tongue and allow it to dissolve; swallow with saliva (water not necessary). Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily; with or without food. Avoid handling with wet hands; remove from blister only when ready to take.
