Bempedoic acid (180mg) + Rosuvastatin (20mg)
Treatment of High cholesterol
Zyrova B 180mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines. Bempedoic acid inhibits an enzyme called adenosine triphosphate-citrate lyase (ACL) and blocks the production of cholesterol in the liver. Rosuvastatin blocks an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase and slows the production of cholesterol in the body to decrease the amount of cholesterol that may build up on the walls of the arteries and block blood flow to the heart, brain, and other parts of the body.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zyrova B 180mg/20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Zyrova 20MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
