Daily multivitamin/multimineral supplementation to prevent or treat nutritional deficiencies; supports immunity, energy metabolism and general wellbeing.

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in metabolic reactions and help maintain normal immune, nerve and muscle function. Supplements dietary gaps to support overall health and prevent deficiency-related symptoms.

Oral tablet. Take as directed by physician/label, typically 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache, urine discoloration

Do not use if allergic to any component. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (if iron-containing), or if taking other vitamin supplements (risk of overdose of fat‑soluble vitamins A/D/E/K). If pregnant, breastfeeding, or in children, use only on medical advice. Stop and consult a doctor if rash, swelling or persistent gastrointestinal symptoms occur.

Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if minerals present), tetracyclines/quinolones (reduced absorption; separate by 2–6 hours), antacids/PPIs (may affect absorption of some minerals), warfarin (vitamin K may reduce effect), thiazide diuretics (hypercalcemia risk with calcium/vitamin D), retinoids (vitamin A toxicity risk)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
