Nutritional supplement used to help meet daily requirements of vitamins/minerals and support general health, energy and immunity (exact formulation varies by brand; check pack label).

As a multivitamin/multimineral nutraceutical, it replenishes essential micronutrients needed for normal metabolic functions. Adequate vitamins and minerals support energy production, immune function and antioxidant defenses.

Tablet: Take as directed on the label or by physician, usually 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, hypervitaminosis, iron overload, or if you are on anticoagulants/thyroid medicines. If pregnant/breastfeeding, have chronic illness, or are taking other supplements, consult a doctor. Stop use and seek medical advice if allergic reaction occurs.

May interact with anticoagulants (warfarin) if vitamin K present, levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if minerals like calcium/iron present), tetracyclines/quinolones (separate by 2–6 hours if minerals present), antacids/mineral supplements (additive), antiepileptics (some vitamins may be affected)
