Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies, nutritional supplementation during poor diet, convalescence, weakness/fatigue related to deficiency, support during increased requirements (e.g., illness/stress) as advised by doctor

Provides essential vitamins and trace elements required for normal metabolism, energy production and red blood cell formation. Antioxidant vitamins and minerals help reduce oxidative stress and support immune function.

Capsule for oral use. Take as directed by physician; commonly 1 capsule once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with liver disease, kidney disease, hypervitaminosis (A/D), hypercalcemia, or iron overload if the product contains iron. Do not combine with other multivitamins/high-dose supplements to avoid overdose (especially vitamins A, D, E, and minerals). If pregnant/breastfeeding, diabetic, or on long-term medicines, consult doctor. Stop and seek care if signs of allergy occur.

Antacids and calcium/iron supplements can reduce absorption of some minerals; tetracyclines/quinolones (separate by 2–4 hours if product contains minerals like zinc/iron); levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if minerals present); warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may affect INR); phenytoin/phenobarbital (may alter vitamin D/folate status); methotrexate (folate interactions)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
