Calcimax P Suspension

Calcimax P Suspension contains Calcium carbonate (elemental calcium) with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (exact strengths per 5 mL vary by pack).

Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, nutritional supplementation in growing children, osteopenia/osteoporosis support, during pregnancy/lactation when prescribed

Calcium provides a key mineral for bone and teeth formation and normal muscle/nerve function. Vitamin D3 improves intestinal absorption of calcium and supports bone mineralization.

Shake well before use. Take orally as directed by a doctor, preferably after food to improve tolerance. Use a measuring cup/spoon; do not exceed recommended dose.

Constipation, stomach upset, nausea, bloating, gas

Use with caution in kidney stones, renal impairment, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis. Avoid excessive intake from multiple calcium/vitamin D products. Seek advice if vomiting, confusion, excessive thirst/urination occur (possible high calcium).

Reduced absorption of tetracyclines/quinolones, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, iron and zinc (separate by 2-4 hours). Thiazide diuretics increase hypercalcemia risk. Digoxin toxicity risk with hypercalcemia.

Store below 25°C, protect from light, keep tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
