Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels and reduces peripheral resistance. Chlorthalidone is a thiazide-like diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water, lowering blood pressure.
Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Continue regularly even if you feel well; do not stop without medical advice.

May cause dizziness and low blood pressure, especially after the first dose or with dehydration—rise slowly. Monitor kidney function and electrolytes (sodium, potassium) periodically; caution in kidney disease. Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid if planning pregnancy. Use caution in liver disease, gout/hyperuricemia, diabetes (may affect glucose), and in patients on salt-restricted diets. Seek urgent care for facial/lip swelling or breathing difficulty (angioedema), severe weakness, fainting, or reduced urine output.
Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension), potassium supplements/salt substitutes or potassium-sparing diuretics (risk of high potassium from telmisartan), NSAIDs like ibuprofen/diclofenac (reduced effect and kidney risk), lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity), ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (increased kidney/hyperkalemia risk; avoid in diabetes with aliskiren), corticosteroids (electrolyte changes), alcohol (increased dizziness)
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Keep in original blister pack and out of reach of children.
