Omega-3 nutritional supplementation to support heart health, help maintain normal triglyceride levels (as an adjunct to diet), support brain and eye health, and overall wellness in case of dietary deficiency
Fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) which are incorporated into cell membranes and influence eicosanoid production. They help reduce hepatic triglyceride synthesis and have anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective effects.
Capsule for oral use. Take as directed on the label or by a doctor, usually once daily with/after meals to reduce fishy aftertaste; swallow whole with water. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Use with caution if you have fish/seafood allergy, bleeding disorders, are taking blood thinners/antiplatelets, or are scheduled for surgery (may increase bleeding risk at high doses). Consult a doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding or if you have chronic liver disease. Stop use and seek medical help if allergic reactions occur.
Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, acenocoumarol, aspirin, clopidogrel), NSAIDs (may increase bleeding risk), antihypertensives (may mildly lower BP), orlistat (may reduce absorption of fats/oils)
