Multivitamin and multimineral supplement with antioxidants (commonly includes methylcobalamin/cyanocobalamin, vitamins A, C, D3, E, B-complex, zinc, selenium and other minerals; exact strengths vary by pack)

Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies; nutritional support in weakness, fatigue, convalescence, poor diet, and as adjunct in neuropathy/anaemia as advised

Provides essential vitamins and minerals required for energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, nerve function and immunity. Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress and support overall health.

Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by physician, preferably after meals. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache, dark stools (with iron-containing products)

Use caution in kidney disease (especially if high doses of minerals), hypervitaminosis, and in patients taking other supplements to avoid overdose. If pregnant/lactating or on chronic medications, consult doctor. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

May reduce absorption of tetracyclines/quinolones and levothyroxine (separate by 2-4 hours); vitamin K-containing products can affect warfarin; antacids may alter mineral absorption; metformin and PPIs may affect B12 status
