Concor 10 Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, chest pain (angina) and heart failure.
Concor 10 Tablet is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Concor 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Taking Bisoprolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
May cause drowsiness or affect your concentration. Do not drive until you know how it affects you.
Concor 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Concor 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular blood pressure monitoring is advisable for dose adjustment.

Never stop this medicine suddenly. Stopping abruptly can cause a sharp rise in blood pressure, worsening chest pain or a heart attack — your doctor will reduce it gradually. Tell your doctor if you have asthma or long-standing lung disease; this group can tighten the airways. If you have diabetes, be aware that this medicine can mask the early warning signs of low blood sugar, apart from sweating. Report a resting pulse that is persistently very slow, or fainting.
Combining with verapamil or diltiazem can slow the heart dangerously. Tell your doctor about diabetes medicines and about any asthma inhaler.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
