Control D Strips contains Na and is used for used with compatible glucometer to measure blood glucose levels for diabetes monitoring.

The strip contains enzymes that react with glucose in a small blood sample to generate an electrical signal. The glucometer reads this signal and displays blood glucose value.

Use only with the compatible Control D glucometer model. Insert strip, apply a fresh capillary blood drop, and wait for reading. Use each strip once; dispose safely. Do not use expired or damaged strips; close vial immediately after removing a strip.

Incorrect storage, expired strips, or insufficient blood sample can cause inaccurate results. Use clean hands and proper lancing technique. Readings should be interpreted with clinical context; consult doctor for abnormal values.

Some meters/strips may be affected by very high/low hematocrit or certain substances (varies by strip system); follow strip insert/manual.

Store in original container, tightly closed, in a cool dry place away from heat, humidity and sunlight. Do not refrigerate unless label says so.
