Cynocal 16 Rf Injection

Cynocal 16 Rf Injection contains Methylcobalamin (1000mcg) + Niacinamide (100mg) + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) (100mg). Prescription required.

Treatment and prevention of vitamin B12/B6 deficiency, peripheral neuropathy (including diabetic neuropathy), neuropathic pain (numbness, tingling, burning), megaloblastic anemia due to B12 deficiency (as adjunct), convalescence and nutritional deficiency states

Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath formation and nerve repair and helps red blood cell formation. Pyridoxine supports neurotransmitter synthesis and nerve function. Nicotinamide replenishes NAD/NADP needed for cellular energy metabolism and tissue repair.

For intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) use as advised by a doctor. Dose and frequency depend on deficiency/neuropathy severity; typically given in courses. Do not self-inject; use aseptic technique and administer by a trained professional.

Injection site pain, redness or swelling, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, flushing, diarrhea, rash, itching

Use only under medical supervision. Inform your doctor if you have allergy to any B-vitamins, kidney or liver disease, or low potassium levels. Rare hypersensitivity reactions can occur—seek urgent care for breathing difficulty, facial swelling or severe rash. Long-term/high-dose pyridoxine may itself cause neuropathy; use the prescribed dose only.

Levodopa (without carbidopa) may have reduced effect with pyridoxine, Isoniazid, Penicillamine, Phenytoin, Phenobarbital, Primidone, Chloramphenicol (may blunt hematologic response to B12), Metformin and proton pump inhibitors (can reduce B12 levels with long-term use)

Store below 25°C, protect from light, do not freeze. Keep ampoules in original carton; use immediately after opening and discard any unused portion.
