Injection
Treatment and prevention of B-complex vitamin deficiencies; supportive therapy in peripheral neuropathy/neuritis (e.g., diabetic or nutritional), neuralgia, megaloblastic anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency, weakness and fatigue due to deficiency states (as advised by doctor).
Methylcobalamin replenishes vitamin B12 needed for red blood cell formation and myelin (nerve sheath) synthesis, helping nerve repair and reducing neuropathic symptoms. Pyridoxine, nicotinamide and panthenol act as coenzymes in energy metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, correcting deficiency and supporting nerve and tissue function.
Injection to be administered by a healthcare professional via IM or IV route as prescribed. Dose and frequency depend on indication and severity; do not self-inject. Follow your doctor’s schedule; if on other vitamin supplements, inform your clinician.
Injection site pain, redness or swelling, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, flushing, rash, itching, allergic reactions (rare)
Use only under medical supervision. Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to any component. Caution in patients with liver disease (nicotinamide), severe renal impairment, or a history of allergy/asthma. Seek urgent help for signs of anaphylaxis (breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe rash). Not intended to replace treatment of the underlying cause of anemia/neuropathy unless diagnosed.
Levodopa (without carbidopa/benserazide) may be antagonized by pyridoxine; isoniazid, penicillamine and hydralazine can increase vitamin B6 requirement; chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12; metformin and long-term acid-suppressants may reduce B12 levels; alcohol can worsen deficiency/neuropathy.
Store below 25°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Keep ampoules/vials in original packaging and out of reach of children.
