Used as a sterile wound dressing sheet for covering and protecting minor cuts, abrasions, burns, postoperative wounds and donor/recipient sites; helps maintain a clean, protected wound environment.

Acts as a protective physical barrier over the wound, reducing exposure to dirt and microbes. Helps absorb exudate (if absorbent) and supports a moist, covered environment that can aid natural healing.

Clean the wound with sterile saline/antiseptic as advised and dry surrounding skin. Apply the Dermasis W Sheet (10x10 cm) directly over the wound and secure with tape/bandage as needed. Change dressing as directed by a healthcare professional or when wet/soiled.

Local skin irritation, redness, itching, rash, maceration of surrounding skin, allergic reaction (rare)

For external use only. Do not use if pack is opened, damaged, or sterility is compromised. If signs of infection occur (increasing pain, swelling, warmth, pus, fever), seek medical advice. Use with caution on highly infected, heavily bleeding, or deep wounds unless advised by a clinician. Discontinue if allergy/irritation occurs.

No known drug interactions (medical dressing). If used with topical medicines/antiseptics, ensure compatibility and follow prescriber guidance.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep in original sealed pack; do not use after expiry or if packaging is damaged.
