Dolo 156.25mg Suspension is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Taking Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Not expected to affect your ability to drive.
Dolo 156.25mg Suspension should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolo 156.25mg Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>However, Dolo 156.25mg Suspension contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Dolo Suspension contains Paracetamol (156.25mg/5ml) and is used for dolo 156.25mg.
Dolo 156.25mg Suspension is used for pain relief and fever. It is used to relieve pain in conditions like headache, joint pain, muscle pain or dental pain.
Dolo 156.25mg Suspension is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Dolo 156.25mg Suspension is to be taken with food.
No common side effects seen
Never exceed the daily maximum printed on the pack. Paracetamol overdose damages the liver, and the damage can be silent for a day or two before it becomes serious. Check every other medicine you are taking. Paracetamol is in a very large number of cold, flu and pain combinations, and the doses add together. If you drink alcohol regularly, or have liver disease, ask your doctor what daily limit is safe for you. See a doctor if fever lasts more than three days, or pain more than five.
Regular alcohol use increases the risk of liver injury. Tell your doctor if you are on warfarin — regular high-dose paracetamol can affect it.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
