Formulated with a low glycaemic index carbohydrate blend and added fibre to help reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes. Provides protein, healthy fats, and a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals to support overall nutrition and energy.
Oral powder. Typically mix the recommended number of scoops in water as per label instructions and consume immediately. Can be taken between meals or as a snack; use under medical advice if using as meal replacement; diabetics should monitor blood glucose.
