Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium), Vitamins (typically Vitamin C and B-complex), Glucose/Dextrose (exact strengths vary by label)

Helps prevent or manage dehydration and electrolyte loss due to sweating, workouts/sports, hot weather, travel or mild fluid loss; supports energy and stamina during physical activity.

Provides essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) to support fluid balance, nerve and muscle function. Added carbohydrates and vitamins help support energy production and reduce fatigue during/after exertion.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in ~250 ml water and drink immediately after it dissolves. Use during/after exercise or as needed for hydration; do not exceed recommended daily intake as per label. Preferably take with/after food if you have a sensitive stomach.

Nausea, stomach upset, bloating, diarrhea, headache (rare)
