L-Carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria where they are oxidized to produce energy. It also supports removal of certain metabolic by-products, which may aid recovery during intense exercise.

Oral tablet (effervescent/chewable as per pack). Use as directed on label; commonly 1 tablet/serving once daily, preferably before workout or as advised by a healthcare professional. If effervescent, dissolve in a glass of water and consume immediately; can be taken with or without food.
