Electrolytes with energy (effervescent tablet): Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Magnesium (exact strengths vary by label), Dextrose/Carbohydrates, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) and/or B-vitamins (if present as per pack)

Prevention and treatment of dehydration and electrolyte loss due to sweating/exercise, heat, travel; supports hydration during sports and physical exertion

Provides key electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium) to help restore fluid and electrolyte balance lost in sweat. Added carbohydrates/vitamins support energy and reduce fatigue associated with dehydration.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass (about 250-500 ml) of water and drink immediately after fizzing stops. Use during/after workout or when dehydrated; follow pack directions and do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Nausea, stomach upset, bloating, diarrhea, increased thirst

Food/nutraceutical product. Use with caution in kidney disease, heart failure, hypertension, electrolyte imbalance, or if on a salt-restricted diet. Diabetics should check sugar content. Do not use in case of known allergy to any ingredient. Not a substitute for a varied diet; keep out of reach of children.

May interact with potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g., spironolactone, amiloride), ACE inhibitors/ARBs (risk of high potassium), diuretics affecting electrolytes; magnesium may reduce absorption of tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones if taken together (separate by 2-4 hours).

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep tube tightly closed to protect from moisture; protect from direct sunlight.
