Dietary fibre supplement for improving bowel regularity and relieving constipation; may help support digestive health and lipid/glycaemic control as adjunct to diet.

Dietary fibre absorbs water and adds bulk to stool, making it softer and easier to pass. It can also promote healthy gut motility and support beneficial gut bacteria.

Oral powder. Mix the recommended quantity in a glass of water/juice/buttermilk and consume immediately; follow with an extra glass of water. Take once or twice daily or as directed by a doctor/dietitian; can be taken with or after meals.

Bloating, flatulence, abdominal discomfort, nausea, loose stools (initially)

Ensure adequate fluid intake to reduce risk of choking or intestinal blockage. Start with a low dose and increase gradually to minimize gas/bloating. Avoid/use with medical advice in intestinal obstruction, severe constipation with abdominal pain, difficulty swallowing, or if symptoms persist/worsen. Keep a 2-hour gap from other oral medicines as fibre may reduce absorption.

May reduce absorption of oral medicines if taken together (e.g., thyroid medicines like levothyroxine, some antibiotics, antidiabetics); separate by 2 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed.
