Nutritional supplement for supporting hair health and reducing hair fall due to nutritional deficiencies; helps improve hair strength and quality.

Hair supplements typically provide essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants required for keratin production and healthy hair follicles. Correcting nutrient deficiencies may reduce hair shedding and improve hair thickness and shine over time.

Tablet/capsule: Take as directed by physician. Commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water; do not exceed recommended dose. Use regularly for at least 8–12 weeks for visible benefit.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, metallic taste

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or history of kidney stones (if high-dose vitamin C/biotin/minerals present). If pregnant, breastfeeding, on anticoagulants/antidiabetic/thyroid medicines, or if hair loss is sudden/patchy, consult a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs.

May interact with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) if vitamin K present, antidiabetic medicines (some supplements may affect glucose), thyroid hormones (iron/calcium can reduce absorption), antibiotics like tetracyclines/quinolones (minerals reduce absorption); separate mineral supplements by 2–4 hours from these medicines.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
