Hand hygiene to help reduce germs on hands; use when soap and water are not available.
Alcohol-based hand rubs rapidly denature proteins and disrupt lipid membranes of many microbes, leading to quick reduction of transient hand flora. Effectiveness depends on alcohol concentration, adequate volume, and proper rubbing technique until dry.
For external use only. Apply a sufficient amount (about 2–3 mL) to dry hands and rub all hand surfaces (palms, back of hands, between fingers, fingertips, thumbs) for 20–30 seconds until completely dry. Do not rinse. Use as needed.
Dryness, skin irritation, burning/stinging, redness, cracking
Flammable—keep away from heat, sparks, open flames; do not smoke during use. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and broken/irritated skin. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water. Do not ingest; if swallowed seek medical help/poison control. Keep out of reach of children; supervise use in children. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
No clinically significant drug interactions when used on skin as directed; avoid concurrent use with other harsh antiseptics/irritants that may increase dryness/irritation.
Store tightly closed at room temperature (preferably below 30°C), away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flames. Keep container sealed to prevent evaporation; protect from moisture/contamination.
