Provides dietary protein supplying essential amino acids needed for muscle protein synthesis and tissue repair. Added vitamins and minerals help support normal energy metabolism and overall nutritional status.

Oral use. Mix the recommended serving of powder in milk or water (as per pack instructions) and consume once or twice daily, preferably with breakfast or after activity/exercise. Do not exceed recommended serving size.
