Huchnil Nasal Spray is a prescription medicine.
For intranasal use only. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Huchnil Nasal Spray are nasal irritation, burning or stinging, dryness and sneezing. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Huchnil Nasal Spray works.

Most side effects of Huchnil Nasal are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
For intranasal use only. Shake well (if applicable). Blow nose gently, insert nozzle into one nostril while closing the other, spray as directed; repeat for other nostril. Do not share the bottle. Follow doctor/pharmacist instructions.
Do not use in case of known allergy to any ingredient. If symptoms persist beyond a few days, worsen, or if frequent nosebleeds occur, consult a doctor. Use caution in children, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and in people with glaucoma, prostate enlargement/urinary retention, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disease or diabetes depending on ingredients. Avoid contaminating the nozzle; keep cap tightly closed.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
