Hand hygiene to reduce germs on hands; helps prevent spread of infections when soap and water are not available.
Alcohol in the sanitizer rapidly denatures proteins and disrupts lipid membranes of many bacteria and enveloped viruses. This reduces microbial load on the hands when used correctly.
For external use only. Apply a sufficient amount (about 2–3 mL) to palm and rub hands together covering all surfaces (palms, back of hands, between fingers, fingertips) until dry (about 20–30 seconds). Do not rinse. Use on visibly clean hands; if hands are visibly soiled, wash with soap and water.
Dryness, skin irritation, burning sensation, redness, allergic rash
Flammable—keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken/irritated skin; rinse with water if contact occurs. Do not ingest; seek medical help if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation or allergy occurs.
No significant drug interactions (topical external use). Using along with other harsh antiseptics/chemicals may increase skin dryness/irritation.
Store tightly closed at room temperature (below 30°C), away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition/heat. Keep container sealed to prevent evaporation.
