Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies; nutritional supplementation during poor diet, convalescence, fatigue/weakness, and general debility.

Multivitamin/multimineral supplements provide essential micronutrients required for normal metabolism, energy production, red blood cell formation, and immune function. They help correct dietary deficiencies and support overall health when intake is inadequate.

Tablet: take as directed by a physician. Commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised.

Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, hypervitaminosis (A/D), and iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis) if the product contains iron. Do not take multiple vitamin supplements together to avoid overdose. Keep out of reach of children; accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal in children. If you are pregnant/breastfeeding or have chronic illness, consult a doctor before use.

Levodopa (without carbidopa), warfarin (vitamin K-containing products), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (reduced absorption with minerals), levothyroxine (reduced absorption with iron/calcium), antacids/calcium/iron supplements (affect absorption of some vitamins/minerals), phenytoin/phenobarbital (folate/vitamin D interactions)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep the container tightly closed.
