Onetouch Select Plus Test Strip contains Glucose test strips (for self-monitoring of blood glucose) and is used for used with compatible.

Used with compatible OneTouch Select Plus blood glucose meters to measure blood glucose (sugar) levels for diabetes monitoring and glycaemic control.

Each strip contains reagents that react with glucose in a small drop of capillary blood. The meter measures the electrochemical signal generated by this reaction and converts it into a blood glucose reading.

For in-vitro diagnostic use only. Insert a new OneTouch Select Plus test strip into the compatible meter, apply a small drop of fresh blood to the strip tip as directed, and read the result on the meter. Use each strip only once; follow the meter/strip instructions for coding (if applicable) and proper sampling. Use with clean, dry hands.

No direct side effects when used correctly, pain or soreness at finger-prick site, minor bleeding, bruising, local infection (rare)

Use only with compatible OneTouch Select Plus meters; check the strip vial/pack expiry and do not use expired/damaged strips. Store strips in original container and close the cap immediately after removing a strip to protect from moisture. Do not reuse strips. Results can be affected by improper sampling, dirty hands, insufficient blood, or incorrect storage; consult a doctor for unexpected readings. Keep out of reach of children; test strips are not edible.

Certain substances/physiological conditions may affect glucometer readings (device-dependent), such as high doses of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), uric acid, severe dehydration, very high/low hematocrit; refer to the product insert for specific interferences.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (as per label), away from direct heat and sunlight. Protect from moisture; keep strips in the original vial/pack and keep the container tightly closed. Do not refrigerate or freeze unless specified on the label.
